By creating an account or using the Corpus AI application (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
1. Eligibility & Account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Corpus AI.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information and update it as needed.
2. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time within the app. Upon deletion, all saved data, including uploaded content and AI-generated summaries, will be permanently removed.
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
Corpus AI offers a free trial and a single paid weekly subscription via Apple's In-App Purchase system:

- The Unlimited Weekly plan is billed at $3.99 per week and auto-renews unless canceled through your Apple ID settings.
- We do not handle billing directly; Apple is the merchant of record.
4. User Content
- You may upload public URLs (e.g., articles, social media posts, screenshots) to be processed and organized by the Service.
- You retain ownership of all content you upload.
- By using the Service, you grant Donino Studios LLC a limited license to process, analyze, and generate AI summaries based on your content for the purpose of providing the Service.
- We do not store uploaded images. Only AI-generated summaries and original URLs are retained.
- You are solely responsible for the content you upload. Corpus AI does not moderate, filter, or verify the accuracy or legality of user-submitted content.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the rights of others
- Use bots, scraping tools, or automation to access or interact with the Service
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Service
- Use the Service for unlawful, exploitative, or commercial purposes not authorized by Corpus AI
6. AI and Automation Disclaimer
Our chat and content analysis features use artificial intelligence to provide summaries, insights, and responses based on your uploaded content.
While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results may be imperfect or incomplete. You are responsible for evaluating all outputs and should not rely solely on them for important decisions.
7. Service Availability and Changes
We aim to provide continuous access to the Service, but availability may be interrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, or changes to the platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or abuse of the platform.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will end, and all data associated with your account will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Donino Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or use arising from your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. If material changes are made, we will notify you via the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
